Yes, due to a limited number of spaces we can only accept reservations that have been paid for in advance. Even if we host free classes & workshops we still ask you to make a reservation in advance via our reservations page or contacting us directly through our social channels.

We do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, you may transfer your reservation to another person or let us know, and we’ll try to connect you with someone interested in taking your spot.

- Yes most of our workshops and classes are limited to 10-15 people in order to keep the intimacy of each session.

Our workshops and classes have a huge emphasis on mindfulness and slowing down. This could look different in many ways, but we always want to cultivate a sense of joy & flow through all of our workshops.

We currently have two spaces, we accept private renting of workshops in one of our spaces but not both. Please reach out to us for more information.
